To ensure effective mobilisation across the 16 Local Government Areas of Ekiti State ahead of the upcoming State Endorsement activities, the State Endorsement Committee has constituted Local Organising Committees (LOCs) in each LGA.
The move, according to the Secretary of the State Endorsement Committee, Rt. Hon. Karounwi Oladapo, is aimed at deepening grassroots engagement and ensuring smooth coordination as the state prepares to publicly affirm its support for Governor Biodun Oyebanji.
Each Local Organising Committee is populated by respected political leaders, former and serving government functionaries, community figures and all elected councillors within the local government.
These individuals are expected to steer mobilisation efforts, galvanise support, and coordinate logistics for the endorsement rallies and events in their respective areas.

Rt. Hon. Karounwi Oladapo emphasised that the formation of these committees is a critical step in rallying support across every ward, town, and local government in Ekiti, as the people prepare to restate their confidence in the leadership style and achievements of Governor Oyebanji.
“These committees will drive the message home and remind the people of the giant strides this government has made in just a short time,” he said.
The Local Organising Committees are expected to commence full activities immediately as preparations peak for what political analysts describe as a “massive display of goodwill and people-powered endorsement” for the Oyebanji-led administration.
