The inauguration of Canversas committee in four wards of Okemesi/Ido-Ile has successfully taken place in Okemesi and Ido-Ile on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th of April 2026 respectively.
The mandate is to win more voters and increase the numerical strength of our party members and have the confidence of more voters to the party
The Directors and party leaders in the two towns used the event to propagate the unprecedented achievement of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji in Ekiti state, particularly in Okemesi and Ido-Ile wards
Hon Johnson Oyekola Bode-Adeoye in his inaugural speech in Okemesi on Thursday urged the canvassers not to relent in their efforts to move from house to houseand from village to village urging them to even reach out to the opposition party members just to ensure APC gets their votes and increase party’s votes from the usual 200,000 plus to over 500,000
Various speakers in Okemesi ranging from the Technical Advisor to the Governor, Dr Tai Oguntayo, Hon. Adeoye Ajayi, Alhaja Tunrayo Adesina and Hon. Owolabi all harped on sincerity and loyalty of the canvassers.
Hon JOBA while speaking in Ido-Ile, impressed on the canvassers to hold constant meetings in all the 12wards of Ido Ile and 50wards of okemesi in order to lose any of our voters
The 10 persons per ward were adequately represented.
The leaders called on the youth and women to maintain their loyalty and canvass to their people to participate more actively on BAO project. They made it known that more party members will benefit in appointments in the next administration than the present one.
Expressing their acceptance, the canvassers glady accepted to serve with sincerity and assured the leaders of good results during the Governorship and presidential elections
